Flight Cancellations due to volcanic eruption

Dear Customers, many flights were canceled due to a volcanic cloud accross big parts of Europe. Most airlines issued waivers for free rebooking within April. The situation is currently getting better and airlines are resuming flights

If you have been affected by cancellations and need to change your ticket please contact the airline directly.

If your flights were canceled by the airline due to the vulcanic cloud and you wish to apply for a refund of fully unused tickets please send email to
volcano@sky-tours.com. (Processing Fee 10 Euro / 15 USD). Please do not forget to mention your Reservation Number (Trip Locator). Please note only tickets for flights that were canceled can be refunded!

How to use the Support Ticket System If you have already a booking Number you MUST give us this booking number so we can give you the best possible answer. Please do NOT open more tickets if you think we do not answer quick enough. Our customer support works 24 hours a day 7 days a week but depending on the workload it can take time. We have personnel in different time Zones (Asia Europe and USA). Generally you will have an answer within 24 hours. On Saturday Sunday when we have limited workforce it can take longer.

TO OPEN MULTIPLE SUPPORT TICKETS WILL SLOW DOWN THE SYSTEM AND IT WILL TAKE LONGER TO GET AN ANSWER!
